LOgan Schaeffer
Hi there, my name is Logan Schaeffer and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With 12 years of lifting experience under my belt and a burning desire to help people achieve their fitness goals, I am dedicated to providing my clients with comprehensive nutritional and exercise guidance that is tailored to their unique needs.
As someone who has competed in two bodybuilding competitions, I know what it takes to push yourself to the limits and achieve your best physique. I recently became nationally qualified in classic physique, which has further fueled my passion for helping others achieve their goals.
My approach to personal training is based on a combination of science and experience, and I believe in creating personalized plans that are both challenging and achievable. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health and fitness, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential.

What's included in a program?I customize the focus and coaching of every program to your individual needs. Nothing is “cookie cutter” about your program. We start with a free consultation so I can understand your goals, challenges, preferences, medical history, and everything pertinant to customizing your program. You will meet with me every week 1 on 1 coaching depending on the frequency you need to accomplish your goals. Sessions will primarily be spent on nutrition counseling and education. Exercise programs are included in every program and will be tailored to your level of knowledge and ability We will work online with a custom nutrition and training app that allows us to have virtual meetings, track food, exercise, and progress, create notes, share documents, and take care of payments. Everything will be included and taken care of. You may be assigned some “homework” before or between sessions. This may be a short video or document and task (example: an instructional video on how to weigh yourself and take measurements) so you can use our time together to get to the essence of what you need. Spouses and parents are encouraged to accompany you during your sessions. Having a support system for your goals can be a huge advantage.

Will my busy schedule be a problem?No, I plan your workout routine based on your schedule. I make sure you have enough time for work, family, going to the gym, and being able to recover properly.

I don't have access to a gym, is this a problem?Although visiting a gym will produce the best results, I can create a tailored for you home routine that will also transform your body and improve your health.

What's your clientele?I work with males & females, natural & enhanced lifters, physique & strength athletes, competing fighters, people in need of rehabilitation or preparation for an army selection and general population wanting to stray away from their sedentary lifestyle.
